Sweden, research studies, phenomenal reveal:

Swedish researchers stated that you can determine bigger risks of cardiac arrest and heart attacks examining person’s teeth! To be more precise, how many teeth the person still has. They state that the fewer teeth, the higher risk to suffer from heart disease.

The studies lasted almost twelve years and 7674 patients who suffered from periodontal disease were examined. The findings revealed that person who had only ten natural teeth left was at seven times higher risk to suffer from cardiac arrest than another person who had at least twenty five teeth left ( both were same age, same gender).

Swedish researchers also claim that the amount of teeth left in the mouth of a person indicates how many inflammations and other dental diseases that person had through the entire life. Dental problems have a huge impact on health of your heart though oral inflammations may simply overwhelm the heart.

You know that you need calcium and less stress to maintain your bones and teeth healthy and strong. But Calcium is not absorbed by your body without one special vitamin- Vitamin D.

Here we revealed the relation of Vitamin D to heart attack and healthy heart!

Take care about your body from the youngest years of life. And try to explore the simplest nuances to support your health without overwhelming your body and pocket!

A big buzz around tanning beds and their harm has been one of the most discussed and hot topics for a while. Researchers are throwing new information each day and it is your task to decide what is best for you after the profound consideration of all opinions. But this time we will concentrate on whether tanning beds effectively produce vitamin d3 or not.

What is tanning bed?

This is not such a complicated structure equipped with sunlamps which artificially produce UV rays where a person can get a suntan after some continuous sessions.

So you get your tan from UV lamps.

Can UV lamps produce vitamin D3?

Scientific community reveals that 6-10 minutes session can produce 10,000-15,000 IU of vitamin d. They state that session in tanning salon could be a good source of Vitamin d in winter periods when it is impossible to get enough vitamin d from exposure to sun.

So the answer is yes, tanning beds can stimulate production of vitamin d in our bodies. Whether it is a safe way to get vitamin d, it is another dilemma to solve. Before deciding to go to the tanning salon either for vitamin d or glowing tan, remember that overexposure to sun and UV rays can be damaging to your skin, not to mention about sunburn. Always wear sunscreen and consider wearing underwear to protect most sensitive organs from too much UV rays. And don’t forget about the protection of your eyes!

Vitamin D comes from many different sources, various foods and as it is commonly known-sunlight. And you have probably heard about different names and form of Vitamin D.

First and claimed by researchers as the most effective and safest form of Vitamin D is Vitamin D3. You should know that vitaminD3 is exactly the same form of vitamin d which is produced in our bodies from the exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D3 is called cholecalciferol and the production of it is stimulated by UV rays in combination with cholesterol.

Cholecalciterol stimulates formation of Calcitriol. Calcitriol is produced mainly in the kidneys but also in other tissues and it is actually a steroid hormone that has been proved by studies to have positive impact on cancer prevention.

Another form of Vitamin d is vitamin D2 also called ergocalciferol. Vitamin D2 is produced by fungus in plants though usually vitamin D2 supplements are made from plants. In 2007 Boston University School of Medicine published research where they stated that vitamin D2 is strong enough to provide human’s body with the required and beneficial amount of vitamin D for healthy functioning, strong bones, healthy teeth and effective absorption of Calcium.

Now if you will see supplements with names vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 you will know what it’s all about. Always stay informed before deciding to take any supplement or vitamin.

Vitamin D is actually produced by your body naturally and it is not a secret at all. You probably have heard not even once that sun is good for your bones, nervous system, immune system and heart. To be more precised, sun can improve your mood and give you a glowing skin tone, but the above listed health benefits are more related to Vitamin D the production of which is stimulated by Ultraviolet Rays.

Liver and Kidney convert Vitamin D into hormones that benefit your entire system and balance many functions.

One of the main functions of Vitamin D?

We could name it as a part time job- Vitamin D stimulates and regulates the absorption of Calcium and Phosphorus in your body. Here we come: Calcium makes your bones and teeth stronger, protects your nervous system from overcharge and supports your hard working hard. Without Vitamin D Calcium is practically powerless. Calcium is like a beam that supports the bridge- Vitamin D. You probably can imagine how unnecessary becomes bridge without beams. So is Calcium. Why would you need a mineral which could not be absorbed by your body? Without Vitamin D your bones become soft and brittle.

Now you know that sunshine gives you not only tan but also stimulates production of crucial Vitamin for your bones. And you also should remember that only vitamin D will not improve health of your bones and teeth. Vitamin D compliments Calcium and the combination of both nutrients makes perfect support for your body!

Read more about vitamin D from sunshine: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/news/fullstory_96153.html

Dr. Christopher introduced vast majority of effective herbal formulas to use for the various ailments and support of the entire body. You can choose something for your advantage and health benefits from herbal capsules, alcohol and glycerin based extracts, syrups, ointments, baby formulas or body care products.

But why Dr. Christopher’s products are special?

Cleansing

But have you ever heard anything about Dr. Christopher?

We thought you may want to know the creator of so many herbal formulas that helped and are still aiding many people with their health concerns or just help strengthen their bodies.

Dr. John R. Christopher was the only practicing herbalist in the U. S. Army in World War II. Later he graduated from the Dominion Herbal College in Vancouver, B. C., the Institute of Drugless Therapy in Tama, Iowa, and received his Herbal Pharmacist degree under the renowned Dr. Edward Shook. Dr. Christopher operated successful clinics in Olympia, Waswhington, Evanston, Wyoming, and Salt Lake City, Utah. He spent the remaining years of life lecturing nationally and internationally, speaking in up to 100 cities a year!

Physicians predicted Dr. Christopher that he will die before the age of thirty-five. However, his determination and gentle practicing of natural healing helped him overcome the chronic conditions he was born with, as well as the life threatening injuries he sustained as a young adult.

Dr. Christopher established the School of Natural Healing that has been teaching herbalism from the ground up to hep people better understand the possibilities of natural cure.

Dr. Christopher has also created and introduced a vast majority of amazing natural supplements, ointments, extracts and oils that have been serving people reliably for years. He combined the wisdom and love into each formula promoting the importance of internal body cleansing and proper diet.

Probiotics are not just a fancy word with the extraordinary popularity recently. You have probably been consuming probiotics all of your life and you just did not realize it or accentuate it too much. If you ever tried such foods as yogurt and kefir you can bravely claim that you have tried probiotics. Yogurt and kefir are two of the most common foods that contain so popular lactic acid bacteria.

But if all is about simple yogurt and kefir, so why such a buzz around those probiotics? Why everyone seems to express desire to grab at least one tiny piece of this popular supplement?

Because it’s all about your health while yogurt and kefir may just not contain enough friendly bacteria. By the way probiotics now are used to be named “friendly or good bacteria”. Very reliable and catchy isn’t it? However, probiotics are really friendly by all means. We doubt that it’s even possible to find a better friend nowadays. This good micloflora in your intestine can provide a protective effect only when all different bacteria that reside in your intestine are balanced. So all is about balance. Your gastrointestinal tract is being populated with friendly bacteria after the probiotic intake. And you probably know that your gastrointestinal tract is the supporter of your life because it actually processes and delivers all necessary for your functioning nutrition.

Many factors can disturb the balance of that good bacteria and it may cause many health concerns. You may then drink and eat plenty of kefir and yogurt or try so many probiotic supplements available in the market today. One of the most popular ones seem to be Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics which come in two variations: Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics Original Formula and Dr. Ohhiras Probiotics Professional Formula. But the choice is up to you and this is you who decides whether yogurt and kefir will benefits you more or the probiotic supplements will be easier and more effective to proceed with.

It’s already a fact proven by many official studies. Actually without the healthy inner environment it’s even difficult for your body to digest and absorb any additional vitamins or supplements you choose to take to support your health. Think about it.

Why people choose Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics?

We did a little research on the web and screened as many comments and reviews as possible. Actually a lot of comments emphasize mainly one property of Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics-effectively restore digestive system and sooth indigestion. Some describe how wonderfully they feel after Ohhira’s Probiotics restored their “good bacteria” and blocked the bad one. It seems that this category of customers are well informed and have read at least some basic information about the effects of probiotics on the human’s organism. It is a little bit hard to believe that you can actually feel how the growth of “friendly bacteria” is stimulated inside of you but we believe those people meant that they just felt better and again their digestive system felt restored.

Some users stated that Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics helped with constipation without gas, bloating, cramps and irritability. They think it might help reduce toxicity of their bodies.

We found it interesting that some people noticed the improvement of their skin appearance and others claimed that their allergies were soothed. Not just seasonal allergies were mentioned. Allergic skin reactions such as eczema, rashes and skin irritability. It may happen because probiotics may reduce food sensitivity and sooth stomach inflammation. Stomach problems are known to be one of the main factors that influence the appearance of the skin.

Mainly all reviewers emphasized the effectiveness and quick visible results after using Dr. Ohhira’s probiotics. And you may find it interesting that some customers preferred Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics Professional Formula because it seemed to develop stronger results and was fermented for 3 years and matured for 2 additional years to maximize the properties.

These are mainly the most common reasons why people choose Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics. Of course, there are as many opinions as individuals. But one thing remains stable so far- Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics are known as the reliable and effective natural supplement.

With the recent boom and popularity of healthy nutrition and supplements people forget sometimes that their main concern should be to eat right and only then supplement their diet with the healthy vitamins. You will not get efficiency of any vitamin or mineral either natural or not if they will not supplement your nutrition.

We encourage you to eat more veggies, fruit, fish, lean meat, grains, cereal, less sugar, less trans fat. We encourage you to put more hard work into your daily care for yourself. You don’t have to be the fanatic of all natural and suddenly start exercising as if you would be preparing for the Olympics. Enjoy your life and celebrate your health. Let the word vitamin and supplement encourage you in the road towards the success changing your daily routine or just keeping doing what you already started to accomplish.

Treat vitamins like your companions that cheer you up in sometimes stressful and overwhelming daily routine. Listen to your body, it will tell you its needs and will show whether and where it needs your support and interventions.
